Looks NM+ to me

Image looks great. Centering is a little off and there's some chipping on the right border. Nice look overall.

Nice looking card of the Big Dipper. The big downside for me is the light blue hue you get on the border. I am very familiar with 74 Topps basketball. I would go A+ if the borders were brighter

Truth be told, I was looking at this and enjoying it for quite a few seconds before I even noticed the right edge chipping-- it's mild and easy to shrug off. Very strong eye appeal and a card I have not often seen.
