When I really can't see a problem, there's only one grade to give.
Presents as an exceptionally strong copy overall, with standout eye appeal driven by balance, sharpness, and clean print quality. The centering is a major strength, giving the card an immediately attractive and composed appearance that is difficult to find on this issue. Corners remain sharp and well-preserved, helping the card retain a crisp, high-grade look. Surface quality is equally impressive, with a clean and smooth presentation that allows the image and color to display without distraction. Registration is another key positive, as Mays’ facial details and overall image clarity appear sharp and properly focused, enhancing the card’s visual impact. The background appears more blue (and true) and black and dark. The only notable flaw is a very slight diamond cut, with the card showing a subtle rightward tilt. It is minor and does little to disrupt the card’s overall presentation. The card still presents as a highly balanced and visually appealing example!
The impression this Mays makes is great. Centering and image are very strong. Minor tilt, some very faint scratches in surface, but nothing that screams out as a problem.
Centering is lovely; it lists just a bit as the lower right side border gets narrow. The image is clear and the card very sharp. Beautiful example overall.
Card presents very well with excellent centering. A little PD happening just to the left of his cap and a light scratch just below his elbow keep this card from a higher mark.
Well centered with sharp corners. Registration mutes the color and focus just a bit.
Very clean looking card. The borders are nice-sized and centered and clean, just not as bright as I have seen on others. The image and colors are strong, but looks like there is a mark on the upper left of the background. Great card to own and display.
Very well-centered with a nicely focused image. Wish there was a clear scan of the card instead of a picture to better evaluate it. I'm assuming the smudge near the cap is on the holder but not sure.

A slight tilt most noticeable at the bottom is the only issue I notice, everything else looks great. Very nice card.
