Normally that registration issue or ghosting of the text on top would bother me more, but the overall impression on this one is great. Centering is nearly spot on, about as good as they come. No fish eyes in the black, which is key to me. Corners are notably strong, too.
It looks like a little double image is going on but otherwise appears pack fresh.

Clearly some issues with registration on this card. Centering is above average for this particular card and presents nicely overall. The registration keeps this one just outside the A tier.
