Hard to beat the bright bold colors on this card. The tilt does distract just enough to keep this card from landing higher.

I am surprised I am going A- instead of B+ with the tilt present-- but man that clean yellow background really wins my eye over. The absence of PD, when one finds it, really contributes to a great visual impression.
