The centering frames this card nicely. Bright borders help but too many print issues along with wear and tear on the surface keeps this card at the B tier.
nice looking card with nice size and looking borders. However the surface wear is more than i would like and it effect the colors and the image and the eye appeal

I am going with rather high eye appeal here as the centering and image clarity win me over. The PD from a casual viewing distance just wouldn't disturb my eye that much.
