1961 Fleer Wilt Chamberlain #8

If the crease were a little less pronounced or the marks above his first name not there, this would make my B range. To me, the overall look still holds together enough where it merits the plus.

The crease and centering shift announce themselves immediately, yet with unexpected grace. My eye remains more pleased than not.

I see a crease bottom right but the color & framing make it possible to overlook & enjoy.

Weird surface spots, the big crease, registration impefection downgrade. Color and centering are strong though.

Presents well but there appears to be some scuffing or staining on the surface, centering is off, bottom corners have more wear than the top, and there is a crease in the lower right.

Talk about a well placed crease; really took me a beat to see it. I could get into the A- level with that crease. The marks above his first name and centering keep this at a very lofty B+. Paging Lord Slabington!

The crease draws the eye and the centering could be improved. That said, for a 2 this card is fantastic.

Great 2. Surface issue and crease hurt, but centering is excellent especially given issues with this set. Great color too.

I love the look of the card and the Red Really Pops. The centering is an opportunity(top to bottom) and the image is clean and sharp. Would be nice if the borders were brighter vs ageing process. Only issue on card some black marks above the Wilt

Absolutely elite centering for this Wilt rookie, but the crease and surface scuffing/staining in the deep red background detract from the eye appeal for me. That said, the card presents nicer than a typical "2" for sure.
