Centering, corners, and a mark on the right border do impact eye appeal, though thankfully Oscar's image remains free of any issues-- which keeps the eye appeal in the second tier to me and no lower.
This is an interesting card to review. On the one Hand the borders are nice size and is better centered than most of the 1961 Robertson cards. On the other hand I have seen many of them that the borders are brighter and more bold. This specific card has the nice borders(1 noticeable stain on right side) and the image is nice and solid. There is some surface issues on the ie 2 noticeable spots in the red and 1 in the Orange) But overall it presents well and the issues are there but not glaring. I think it is better than the slabbed grade and for me the centering and the strong Red makes the image Pop more
