1984 Star Co. Michael Jordan #101

It's simply too difficult to ding eye appeal of a Star 101 for centering. There is mild tilt present and like all examples, the centering is off. That said, I have handled plenty of these and this is not bad by comparison. What really stands out is the vibrant reds that often appear more muted. Great overall example.

Thin border & touched upper right but clean otherwise

Great edges and really it is just faint touches to corners and top border tilt that keeps the eye appeal from even higher badges.

Really nice colors, strong image and clean borders. All that holds it back is the centering especially the left/right and the related mis sizing of those borders

I really like the color on this example. Fairly blemish free in the background. Slight tilt on the top border is what holds it back from the A tiers.

This looks great. The edges are perfect and the centering is even nice for this notoriously off-centered icon. When the only factors that adversely impact eye appeal are the corners, and especially on a "full bleed" design card, that is the sweet spot for me as a collector.
