I'm going with high eye appeal here because I really like the color and registration. Centering and some surface marks keep it in the second tier though.
Like the look of the card and the colors and image POP. The centering is a bit of an opportunity as well as the border size as it effects the way it frames the card. But a card I would be happy to have
Strong colors. Some surface issues to the left of Willie's head. Off-centered L/R. Those issues keep it from the "A" tiers.

Great image with focus/registration carries it pretty high for me. The centering and wear to his left make the most impact and prevent top tier.
