1952 Topps Willie Mays #261

Centering is off in both directions and the corners show honest wear. Background colors are fantastic.

Nice image and the purple has some pop, but for me, this is held back by centering and borders that feel a bit small.

Solid B eye appeal here as the centering does not impact as much as I would at first assume. Normally I look at a card and then revise downward as flaws emerge upon a longer look; this is a case where I revised upward as the centering made less of an impact the more I just enjoyed the Mays image and clean surface.

good mid level card that is meant to be enjoyed with its limitations. The image and color are solid but the card has opportunities on the size of the borders, the centering being off, surface wear and several minor creases(that are not to dramatic but are noticeable)

The surface scratches and centering draw my eye. Solid looking card.
