Difficult card to grade... that ding on his hat is tough for me but the color is elite and I could still see why this would be an appealing low grade example for some. Centering, corners, and edges all appear strong.
Coloring is god tier, centering is A-, but the mark on his head has to bring it down. Still, a special copy.
Damn those colors are bold. The centering is elite and the image quality is superb. It took me a minute to seven see the scuff by his hat.
The color looks great. Centered better than most, but slightly off. The surface mark by his hat keep this below A tier.
It actually took me about five seconds to notice the issue on the hat, which speaks to the above-average eye appeal of this copy.
While I do notice the main scuff or scrape in the cap and it does bring down the eye appeal, boy, the rest of this card wins you over.
Paging Lord Slabington! This card has one surface issue and a mild centering shift yet is otherwise so pleasing on the eye. Special card here.
1 glaring issue in the surface wear on the hat but otherwise this is a WOW card Love the Border size, the centering, and the brightness of it Love the Strong colors and image and this is better than the slab
Very well-centered. Colors are nice and bright. Issues are the surface wear and scrape through part of the cap.

I like the look of this Mays even with that one flaw that does affect the eye appeal. The rest is very strong with centering better than average.
