1953 Topps Willie Mays #244

The corner issue really stands out against the black in the lower right corner and grabbed my attention right away. Still a great card though and centered well but not perfect.

A stunner that only suffers from what almost every example of this card exhibits: a chipped bottom right corner.

Very solid card. Bottom right corner has typical wear for this card and set.

Pleasant looking card. Commonly chipped corners, and just a hair off ideal centering. Not much to complain about here. Great copy!

Nice centering. Decent corners. There is something about the dirty spots in the sky that's holding it back for me/ I can't get past.

A little bit of centering shift and PD alongside the black corner is all that detracts. Hits the eye very smoothly.

Beautiful example of a tough card. Very nice color, reg, and centering. Only the corners, a bit of toning and a bit of a t/b shift keep it from an even higher grade.

Only some slight edge and corner wear hold this beauty back from an A grade. Optically, beautiful and the background coloring flows inside the SGC tuxedo

The card presents well and the colors and images are strong the borders are ok but not as bold or as bright as I would like
