1949 Bowman Satchell Paige #224

My cycloptic eye is pleased by the richly colored and focused image. I bestow a rather high eye appeal badge for that reason. Centering and corner wear are logged without much weight.

A nice 49 Bowman Paige. The blue and red are really saturated and have a nice pop - but the toning really muddles the background and Paige's portrait. Still a nice, presentable card of a true icon of the sport.

Just some normal wear. The image is very nice.

Great looking card. Centering just a touch heavy on the left but everything else works well. Beauty.

I like this card's eye appeal a lot. The registration of the cap is so good I would call it borderline hypnotic. The centering holds it back, otherwise I could go as high as A with that level of honest corner wear.

This is a really pretty card and for the way I display my cards all I would notice is the side centering.

Centering is good, but off a little. The card presents very well but has some corner and edge wear. A nice example that punches about its weight.

For me this card has the IT factor but done subtly as everything just blends well together. The colors and the borders and the border size added to the clean strong image This is a card I would grab if I could and just hold onto. And on stressful days this would be a stress release
