Centering brings this down a notch for me, but otherwise great color and a strong example that is solidly in the B range for me.

Image and colors look great. Centering T/B is the main issue.

Only top-leaning centering prevents the highest tier of badges here. Strong eye appeal is led by a clean yellow background, and also the perfecr registration; often times where his name plate/strip meets the actual image, there's a lot of ink overlap. Here that line is crisp.
