Card looks really nice to me. Some specks throughout keep from a higher score.
Centering lands comfortably in the A range, giving the composition an assured balance. Color and registration are confident, yet three production quirks interrupt the eye appeal: blotching along the yellow border to the left of Mickey, a spray of tiny print flecks to the right of Paul, and a small print dot above the S in “shortstops.” Those ticks keep it shy of elite territory, but the presence remains strong and the symmetry is undeniably pleasing. Final call is a solid B overall with A centering and commendable eye appeal for the issue. A steal for a PSA 3.
Im assuming the slight wrinkle on the back is why it's a 3...? This is a great looking card. Im sure the buyer/ collector was more than thrilled to pick up this NM example in a 3 slab/ pricing. That's a win all day in my book.
Really pretty example. Shows much better than the technique grade assigned.
The centering is great. No notorious "smudge" either, that is on so many of them. Looks like a wrinkle on back is why the third party grade is what it is. The Eye Appeal, however, is very strong.

I looked at this card for a full minute and still nothing leaps out that lowers the eye appeal. If I need to look at a card longer or grab a microscope, that tells me what I need to know about a card.
