1980 Topps Rickey Henderson #482

Flawless-ish. Just a bit off center. I'd be very happy with this example as my forever copy.

A Top 3 card of the 1980s in my book. First thing I check on a Rickey RC is the team banner. That's clean. Then I check the black background. Then centering.

Centering is the only issues, everything elsenlooks great.

I am a sucker for this card when the green doesn't have fish eyes, and the black is clean, too. A glaring fish eye kills it for me. Centering is all I could improve on this one.

A hair of side centering from A+ for me. Very pretty and sharp copy.

Surface is strong on this copy. With a touch better centering this would be more firmly in the A tier for me.

A touch off-centered with some snow. Isn't a major distraction but noticeable.

all that holds this back is the borders as they are off center, tilted and not even sized. Otherwise all else is Really nice about the card

No print dots in the green banner, the blue piping, or the black background. Centering is the only factor that keeps this from A+ beauty to my eyes.
