Beautiful color on this Rirruto (iykyk Billy) - but surface, centering and some edge wear hold it back to B tier

Released as a card game and the generous wear shows that it was originally used as such. Centering could be a bit better but an overall pleasing example.

the card was enjoyed and that enjoyment holds the card back from A Tier but the image and colors are solid

Some edge wear and creasing. Colors look good.

Very good eye appeal as the central image has no distractions, centering is good, and the design masks a centering shift moreso than most. Wear is serendipitously located, along the extreme edge, and makes modest impact.
