1953 Bowman Mickey Mantle #59

That's an almost photo quality image of Mantle. The centering did a number on this card.

This will get knocked for the centering - but otherwise presents pretty well outside of a little bit of snow

Centering is the main detraction. Colors and image look very nice.

Normally this type of centering would cap eye appeal for me at a C+, as it is so important to my eye--but the rest of this card is so strong it slides into the second tier. For someone not a centering collector like myself this is a dynamite copy.
