1961 Topps Mickey Mantle #300

Wow! Ridiculous copy. Hard to tell if it's just the scan or the color, but it appears a bit duller than this card usually has. So I'll ding it for that a hair, but it's otherweise incredible.

I'd love to know why this was graded just a 6. Seems pretty close to perfect.

A beautiful 1961 Topps Mickey Mantle. Color is lively and the print registration holds firm, with only the light, common fade of the 61 set. Centering is excellent, just a touch off. Are any 1961 Topps truly centered? Probably not. Overall, a crisp, convincing example with real eye appeal. Bravo!

A little off left to right, and maybe slightly faded detract a bit. But this is a beauty!

For the life of me this looks like I would expect a PSA/SGC 8.5 to look. And it is a 6! The black is CLEAN. Centering nearly perfect. Just hits the eye great.
