1951 Bowman Mickey Mantle #253

This one works for me. Crisp edges, white borders, solid color. Slight centering issues exist but I really like this card's overall presentation.

With the exception of some minor touches, this has the EA of a NM card in my book

colors a little washed, scan is crunched, but you can tell this was once a rubber necker on a show floor.

Colors don't really stand out. Centering is a touch low and some PD in the middle of the card.

Lots of print issues and centering is bad. But still a nice card.

Really sharp looking card with clean borders and surface. Really nice image and colors. The Borders are nice sized but not as centered to be any higher

Nice color and image, and the surface looks clean. Centering top to bottom is the main issue, along with a few stray print defects.

Very strong and few of these merit top tier.

Great focus on his face, hat, and nameplate. Centering is my one note, but it’s better than many examples out there.

Top tier eye appeal with centering the aspect that could be improved, albeit with lots and lots of hunting!
