1953 Stahl-meyer Mickey Mantle

This example falls just shy of God Tier, but remains extremely strong to both human and artificially intelligent eyes. Low-impact imperfections do little to weaken the card’s overall visual authority, which is unfortunate for my efforts to remain emotionally neutral.

The staining is noticeable but given this card was distributed in packs of hot dogs, it actually adds a bit of character. Special card, hard to improve upon.

Can I cite a couple flaws? Yes. Do they bother me? Nope.

This is great, and honestly, what looks like toning and slight wear actually add to the eye appeal for me. A slight shift to the right away from GT.

Such a beautiful example. I knock it down a smidge with the stamp mark on the bottom left border. Phenomenal card.

This is in better shape than most I've seen, but there is a lot of surface toning which is even more noticeable because of the white spots by his name.

The surface issues I see in no way spoil the party, still an A+.

One of the better examples I have encountered. The usual stamping does not draw my eye in a negative way. Great card!
