1956 Topps Mickey Mantle #135

Great color, especially in the nameplate. Surface is strong and sharp clean borders frame the issue beautifully. Mick's face presents well and you feel like meeting his smile with one of your own. Slight centering shift to the right and softer corners hold it back from the upper tier. This card holds up well showing Mickey at his peak

Killer color. Centering slightly off and corners all rounded. Probably got crushed by PSA so likely some nice eye appeal value in this copy.

The corners do have some softness in them, as well as some rough edging on the bottom. Despite these, the color and surface really stand out and draw your eyes away from those.

Have to zoom to find anything. Very solid

Normally this centering would cap at B+ but the card is so bright and the surface so smooth I gotta go A-.

The surface on this copy looks exceptional to me, especially in the face and nameplate. Centering could be a touch better as it’s heavy on the bottom. Great copy.

Centering is a touch off and the bottom right corner could be better but overall a well presenting 56 Mick.

This is a Card to add to any Collection The card has strong image and nice colors. The border are nice size and good centering (slightly off but not noticeable) The borders have some surface issues but easy to overlook

A few minor blemishes in the cap area. A little off-centered. Very nice image.
