Presents well but centering, surface, and corner wear all impact appeal.
For a 1948 Leaf, the colors here carry a really nice punch that sets the card apart. Print registration and lineup show some issues along the bottom of the name placard, yet there is not too much of the black that so often creeps into the red backgrounds on these. Centering lands in pretty good territory overall, with only a slight tilt and a modest off-center that is to be expected on the issue. The result is great eye appeal.
Very good eye appeal with flaws that are easy on the eye. The stray ink on the right makes the most impact, followed by centering.
card has a nice look but does not Pop. Has marks like to right of head, surface wear , and staining around the borders. Good Card to start with but more as a place holder until I could upgrade

blue plate shift, and centering hold it back from a higher review
