Way off-centered and surface issues. Discoloration in the face also hurts the eye-appeal.
Bravo to rare correct registration on a Jax RC, I'll let the eye appeal escape the D tier for that. Yet the centering keeps it here.

Centering issues, size differences in the borders are to much for me to enjoy the card as much as I want Someone will enjoy it as it is a Rookie Jackson and the colors and image are presentable
