I realize the focus is a tad blurry but the color is on point & attractive centering
First impression was strong, but upon a closer look you see what looks like a t/b centering opportunity and some blur, most prominent in his face.
Color looks good. His face is out of focus, which is a common issue on this card. Centering and border toning are the other issues.
Toning around the borders and the centering are the main issues. Good color. Joe's face is a bit blurry.
The focus and top/bottom centering add up but only enough to land the eye appeal at the B level. An attrative copy with those two common flaws is all.
Image focus jumps out at me first, then centering. Color is elite and I stay in Tier II as there are no wrinkles, or PD and the edges and corners look solid.
Strong color and surface yet the registration blur and top-heavy centering impact eye appeal.

Faced blur is my main issue, sadly it is all too common on this card. Top bottom centering and some issues in the upper right border noted as well. Colors are beyond bold, a real standout in that regard.
