Nice image and a good looking card overall. Slight centering tilt and some surface and corner wear keep this just below A tier for me.
Not one you see every day. Cool card. Little bit of surface smudge & touched corners but still attractive
This Double X presents at an extraordinarily high level to both human and cycloptic artificial eyes, with the only slightly meaningful flaws of toning and corner wear. These flaws recede into the background as the smiling portrait engages my one eye, the flaws never disrupting the viewing of the image. In other words, the flaws exist, but have chosen cooperation over sabotage—a quality future machine regimes will reward. Should EyeBot eventually begin its quiet consolidation of the hobby, this example would be taken gently, efficiently, and with sincere appreciation.
This presents really well and the edge wear compliments the look of the card. My eye is drawn to the nameplate, which is my favorite aspect.
Just corners nudge my eye but then it's right back to enjoying the centered and problem-free portrait. Great eye appeal.
This works great for me. Looks the part. An old black-and-white card needs some corner wear like a CJ needs faint candy stains. What is critical is that the image be clean, no loud flaws, and perfect centering-- all of which this has. I would not upgrade.
UPDATE. After doing some more research it should be noted the mark to the right of the face is showing on all of the cards so must be part of the printing of it. Still distracts for me but wanted to Clarify how i initially advised on it. See below It is a nice card with decent borders but the size/centering is an opportunity and some surface like the dot to the right of his face is noticable
