I would take this card if it was run over by a truck five times and ripped in half. Even though the edges are discolored and corners are a mess, it is special.
It is difficult to assess borders on hand-cut cards like this one, but these look very nice. On a pack issued card, the left edge would like result in a mis-cut designation, but I do not believe those same rules should apply to hand-cut cards like this one, which still has great color and nice image clarity. A rare card that looks better to me than the assigned technical grade.
Love this Japanese card. This card has no borders but this card edges have noticeably paper lost. And the corners have issues. Also discoloration on back
This is a very striking and unique card; reminds me of a Warhol. Love the color of the background. The Japanese lettering adds great style as well. This specimen really pleases the eye, too. When earnest corner wear is the prime cause for a low third party opinion, that's ideal-- as the surface here is free of any problems. The eye is drawn to his face and the background on this card. Punches way above its third-party weight class, so to speak.

Cool card. Edge damage and corners hold it back from A tier.
