Stealing home and stealing hearts. The 1950 Bowman Jackie is a favorite of collectors, and this one helps show why. The flaws in aggregate keep it out of the A grade for me, but what a spectacular example for anyone not looking to spend $5k+.
This is the kind of copy I love. Framed up nicely with a sharp, in-focus Jackie that immediately draws your eye inward.
I am such a stickler for focus on this card, which is hands-down my favorite Jackie card and the one I would buy if I ever get a Jackie card (I try not to buy Dodgers, except for 56 Koufax!). The centering is a borderline strike as well, which helps with that focus to offset the flaws.
Reasonably well centered. Some surface wear and creasing draws my eye. I do like the image and color of the card.
the colors and image look ok and the card centering is good. The issues are surface wear and discoloration takeaway from the eye appeal

This one struck me as B+ initially and stayed there on a longer look. The wear is there yet gentle and the centering and registration shine through!
