1953 Topps Jackie Robinson #1

sometimes my favorite jackie and this is an excellent example.

Great looking card but there is some marks at his eye level going from left to right that are noticeable and hold it back a little. Add to it the damage on the black box edge/corner and it falls from a Level. But with the strong colors, nice image and nice size border it is easy to overlook the opportunity

Strong eye appeal. Nice color and image.

Well-centered. Good color but not the cleanest image with some surface issues that start from the left border and goes through the forehead area.

Cracks into the top echelon of eye appeal thanks to a great black corner and good centering. There are some flaws but they don't distract in any serious way.
