It is important to parse here that any Wagner is a treat to behold. That said, Wagners are cards like any other cardβ and among those that exist there will be prettier examples and those challenged in the aesthetics department. This is one of those latter examples. If only his face was not creased, that is really all I'd need in any Wagner. So to be fair, strictly on the degree to which looking at it daily would please my eye, have to go with a c here.
such a rarity. the True Holy Grail. With that said the eye appeal is lacking from wear issues on the corners and edges, to the creases on the card and the back issues. So Eye Appeal vs Rarity and Holiness

If this were any card other than a t206 Wagner I'd be on the fence between D- and F because of the surface issues and creases. But it's obviously still a card I'd love to own, or even just hold.
