1909 T206 White Border Honus Wagner

Hard to judge this purely as any other card and not a Wagner. That being said the colour and registration are very nice on this one and the crease in the top right doesn’t distract the eye. The obvious centering shift L/R an T/B holds this out of the A tier.

Not a single flaw on Wagner and centering is all that impacts the eye appeal badge for me. The corners do not bother my eye nor does that small top right wrinkle.

Centering is all I notice by way of lowering eye appeal. My eyes stay glued to that clean image of Honus and I love how the background is so clean as well.

I get the rarity... With cards like this I often find myself asking- Would I rather have a ski- in ski -out in Telluride, or this card? the eye appeal just isn't there for me on this one...

I would gladly trade my whole collection for this and be several million short, but if we're grading the eye appeal the borders are thin, centering is off, and there is some toning that lowers the grade.

Yuck! Take all my money anyway.

As far as Wagners go, I would love to own and stare at this copy. I have to let my centering yen go when it comes to this card, when I can stare at an entirely unblemished portrait and solid background as well. This is one of the better Wagners, in my opinion. Owning one of these must be an indescribable treat.

Great color and focus. For the biggest card in the hobby, this one hits the eye real well and is free of any major creases.

Holy Grail Baseball Card. Has normal wear to be expected on a 100 Plus year old card from edge and corners(especially the top right corner) and discoloration of the borders. The Orange looks good and the details are amazing on the shirt and buttons
