I’m torn between the history of the card vs the creases in terms of “eye appeal “ At the end of the day this card is magnificent in any grade, copy, background coloring, etc

Unfortunate trim job. The rarity makes it "cool."

I know it's still worth a zillion dollars, but I'd rather have the cash.

Strange cut and unfortunate creases near the face

Good portion of the card is missing and there are creases through the face. This is at the bottom of the eye appeal spectrum for me.

I've seen worse, not a great copy, but hell, you at least have a Wagner!

There are many better ways to spend a man's hard earned money. Sometimes you just want to own "the card". But in this case... spend that money on a much nicer version of a different card. You don't want to be the guy living in Beverly Hills in a pop up tent.

You do not need to worry about Borders as they are missing and as a result so are the corners and as a result undersized also. Also has creases and paper loss. But it is still te Holy Grail and the orange is not bad and from a far the image looks decent but move closer and all is seen

I want to. Really. It's a Wagner. But I just can't. I'd wait, stack crazy paper, and make a run at one with borders.
