1970 Topps Hank Aaron #500

Beautiful copy. The top edge and teh L/R shift at the bottom are all that prevent an even higher review.

Very slight tilt is all that keeps it from even higher. Very nice.

Front scan is bad. Image level distorted From 12” to 18” away, I bet this card looks dynamite. As with many 1970 Topps & OPC cards, there’s slight tilt & print defects. This one is far superior than most 1970 Aaron cards I see in PSA / SGC 7 to 10 holders.

Good color. Centered a touch high with subtle tilt.

Really no major issues or even middling issues.

First I see an off centered card where the borders do not frame the image well but then i see a card that does not shout out anything Positive or negative. Then i step back and enjoy because it just works

I am feeling this copy. Great eye appeal. Bit of centering and a dark patch above the O in OUTFIELD draw my eye, but it's easy to look past those and refocus on the overall good looks. The 1970 set is very slept on and has some great off-meta cards in it.
