Rare to see this card in high grade, but the assessment seems generous to me. Centering is off with some tilt, but the main issue is the surface scuffing / staining.
This is a nice looking card but I think the slab doctor over rated this card While it has nice size borders and good centering The surface wear holds back the colors and the image It still presents nice but not to that level

Colors don't pop for me. A little bit of haziness in the red background. The top of the red from left to right angles up which draws my eye.
