The color looks nice but there is some staining to his left, a print line running down through his hat, and centering is off with tilt both ways.
Nice looking card only held back by border size and centering but the borders frame the card well and are clean. Strong image and color carry the card

The red background and image really stand out for me. A bit of toning on the borders and image tilt are the main things that draw my eye.
