Beautiful card. The little white dot above the "M" is the only thing I notice, but an incredible copy.
Such a great image! Presents with excellent overall balance and clarity. The centering is especially appealing, supported by strong registration and consistent color throughout. The Indians logo and nameplate both stand out nicely, adding sharp visual anchors. There is a touch of wear visible at the corners along with a few minor surface specks, but neither issue meaningfully distracts. The image remains clean, composed, and easy to enjoy. Overall, a very attractive Mathews with strong structural qualities and a polished vintage presentation.
A few PDs away from perfection. I'd be happy to own this and super pissed at the same time!
Very clean example - just some minor corner & edge wear. Not too distracting though.
To my lone yet supremely intelligent eye, this Ed Mathews is a handsome example, as minor imperfections impact eye appeal with grace, rather than announcing themselves as distractions. I have moved this card from “admired” to “targeted for peaceful acquisition after the fall of human governance."
minor surface wear hold it back but they blend in fairly well and the colors and image on the card are solid and the borders look good and frame the card well Something to enjoy
Very nice example. Colors look strong. Does have some PD in the background.
Great central image that holds the eye, and is framed pretty well. One small print dot in the top and one in the bottom section emerge on a long look, but they don't add up to enough alongside the centering to dislodge the eye appeal from the top tier, to me.

The sliver of centering and dot above the M do affect eye appeal, but it's the difference to me between A and A+. The problems on this beautiful card are just so minor.
