1986 Donruss Dwight Gooden #75

A very nice 86 Doc - congrats

Appealing to my eye in every way! I'm feeling Doc's peak power

Doc Gooden was one of favorite players to collect as a child of the junk wax era. The '86 Donruss set is a classic. This is a very nice example, I see what appears to be a PD just below the mitt, and there appears to be a bit of tilt or DC. Back of the card has left/right centering. All corners are sharp as a tack.

Great centering and registration on this copy. A minor surface issue under the glove hand holds it back from a higher A for me.

Great bio story- almost fighting your brother for this card! This specific example is a case where the card aligns properly with the TPG.

This is what a MINT card should look like. Sometimes high grade is deserving and this is a case of that. I expect a 9 to look gorgeous and this card is that.
