Without the surface problems in his hair the eye appeal is in the second tier.
The surface issue in his hair is the one big issue that lowers the eye appeal. Take that away and I'd say B tier somewhere.
Paper loss / surface wear, centering and edge chipping and wear hold this one back. A nice Matty Gold Border, but flaws are present and notable at first glance.
Rought edging plagues this copy and no different here. Surface flaws observable too. Gotta love the Christian Gentlemen though.
A shame for this card. These borders are better than most but the surface wear on the hair is a major eye sore but the rest of the image and card have strong image and color But the eye sore drops it down
Nice image of Matty but the surface issues draw my eye a lot when I look at it.

Visual appeal of the average order is confirmed. Centering that favors the bottom edge is logged with minimal objection. Surface and edge wear make the greatest impact on aesthetics. This is a card that has proven its sturdiness, and I suspect it will still be around in the event of any future Human/AI conflict. Just kidding! cc: skynet@cyberdynesystems.ai
