1987 Topps Tiffany Barry Bonds #320

Great centering, bold colors, clean image. Hard to improve on this gem!

Perfection! An absolute beauty

I don't see anything wrong with it.

This Topps Tiffany Bonds is a fine example of what makes the glossy variation so sought after. The front boasts the classic deep color saturation with no print blemishes, while the name placard presents clean and sharp. Centering is excellent on the front, giving the card a poised, balanced look, complemented by strong edges and disciplined corners. The bottom right corner might be a bit soft. The only quibble rests on the reverse, where slight off-centering and a tilt likely kept it from an assigned 10. That said, the back has little bearing on the card’s eye appeal, which remains striking. A beautiful, high-grade card that shows why collectors continue to prize the Tiffany’s.

This is a perfect specimen of a card whose image brings me right back to boyhood. One of the simple joys in life, to look at 1987 Topps stars— let alone the Tiffany versions and in such pristine condition.
