1948 Leaf Babe Ruth #3

A tale of 2 sides of the card brings my grade down 1. Still love this example despite the backside imperfections

Beautiful front but too much paper loss on the back for the grade. I’d love to know how PSA settled on the grade.

Comically under graded and a top tier Eye Appeal example.

What a miserable 2.5 grade. Obviously because of the issues on the back. The front is an 11 on a 1-10 scale.

This card is offensively gorgeous. Only some surface issues on the reverse keep it from god tier.

Might be the best example of this card I have ever seen. Wowzer!

Just a monster example. Yes, there is a small amount of paper loss in the back, but it is in the back, and in a good spot. It is just a little discoloration in the hat and hair area that also prevent that GT status.

The back has paper loss but the front is sold and centered and the colors are strong and corners look good. The eye appeal of the front makes up for the back
