The image is so cool with the people in the back and the fence. The color of it "looks the part." For me, aesthetically though, the slanted cut should be square for it to please the eye.
The back damage doesn't bother me, but the slant cut at the top is unfortunate and hurts this otherwise great looking card.
That slant cut hurts this tremendously. Image is tough to see in general, but leaving some points on the board for this being such a rare piece in general.
Miserable and unfortunate "haircut" on this rarity. Nice registration though.
Very rare card, but the slant cut at the top and the staining on the back detracts from the eye appeal, as well as the muted image.
Super rare piece. No major creases or staining are a huge plus and the image is very clean. Angled upper edge cut draws a lot of attention but for such a rare piece you have to make concessions somewhere.
Love the image and the clarity, the latter aspect being tough for some of these cards. While common to the issue, the slant cut that some of these have detracts a bit, for me, from the overall eye appeal.
The slant cut along the top border kills the eye appeal for me. The white specks near his name and along the right edge don't help. Close to an F for me but I'll spare it because the image of the Babe is nice.

Very cool and rare piece. The photo is great. The cut just lowers the eye appeal, for me.
