1933 Goudey Babe Ruth #149

Strong eye appeal, with that line in his name and centering the only aspects I take into account. Really enjoy the deep red color to this one.

The colors on this one pop and the registration is elite. The centering and a small white line up by the name are the only things I see on an exquisite babe.

Centering is a touch off but the image and color are pretty clean. Looks to be a very small spot of paper loss on the bottom right where the red banner and border meet. I notice it but doesn't really bother me. Card presents very well.

It is rare for me to go top tier on any red Goudey Ruth. If the centering was better or that mark was not by his name, this would be even higher!

Superb registration and the deep red is a key for me as some can have a mottled look to that background. Centering and the line in his first name are the only factors that impact eye appeal to me.
