If there was just a little more bottom border this would make the A Tier.
Wow, normally this centering would knock a card into the B's for me but there's something about it that really pleases me. The deep color and focus is very aesthetically pleasing. And how white the uniform and borders are.
Gorgeous example with fantastic eye appeal for the technical grade. Love it.
If I had to have a "2" this the one. This grades so far ahead of the slab that the slab should hide its head in shame. Look at the Colors and the image and how clean and how they POP. Look at the nice size of the borders(bigger than most) and better centered than most and look how clean the borders are. Yes it has surface wear issues especially on the top but also look how they actually blend in unless you look super close. This is a Card I would gladly buy, gladly enjoy the savings, and gladly display with a BIG BIG Smile on my face
A very stunning example. The red background and image really stand out. If the centering was a touch better it would've gotten to the A+/GT for me.
The color still pops and the image looks great, but there are some minor surface issues and centering is off both ways. Presents very well though, especially for a low grade example.
The red and registration are both GT to my eye. Centering is the only issue. Very, very pretty. Paging Lord Slabington!
Lands in the highest tier of eye appeal and, as the saying around here goes, also "punches way above its weight." The EyeQ+ on this card will probably be huge. A thin bottom border is the sole eye appeal drawback for me.

Has the kind of visual energy that makes the card so iconic. The bright red background remains vibrant and clean, giving tremendous presence while allowing Ruth’s portrait to stand forward naturally. The registration and facial clarity are major strengths. The L/R centering is appealing, and the corners show pleasing consistency that adds to the card’s overall balance and polish. The primary limitation is the T/B centering, which prevents the card from feeling fully symmetrical. Even so, the color, clarity, and strong horizontal balance carry the presentation very well. Highly attractive Red Ruth with excellent visual impact.
