Card is clearly Off Center but knowing these cards are important. Most of these card have minimal borders or are off center. This card has borders and they are clean and fairly bright. So for a 1933 #149 Ruth this looks good. The colors and image are strong it is just the bottom with some surface wear, I like this card and would Gladly own it
