Centering and blurry image are real issues here, but the rest is nice enough to stay in the B range.

Very good color. Registration is a bit off.

The registration is significantly shifted, most glaringly on the left border, the right side of Babe's body, and the underside of the bat. This results in a blurring of his face, which is so key to eye appeal. The centering is also off. These factors unfortunately outweigh strong edges and corners to me.
