1934 Goudey 1933 Ny Giants Team #4

What a wonderful piece of baseball history. At least this much was preserved.

I've never seen this card before. Thanks for sharing! This example to me shows the entire team. Yet the creases, lower right corner, stain across the upper middle, and paper loss on the name plate are a large distraction to my eye. Nonetheless, a unique card to have in the collection

It's old and has character, but this does not do it for me.

Well loved & rarely seen

I can't overlook the issues with the card. If I display this my eye goes straight to the corner with the heavy paper loss rather than the image.

A grizzled survivor! I reserve the lowest badge for when a chunk is totally missing.

Some one will enjoy it. But for me there is no appeal

Points saved because we can still see every player. And on the bright side, we can posit that the wear on this piece was proportionate to the love it received (and hopefully continues to receive) during its journey through time! Cards like this-- and I have had a couple, including one found behind a sink in my grandparents' house-- can really tell a story.
