Both centering aspects just a touch off. Auto is awesome. Killer card for a Mantle collector
For some reason, this hits more than it should when it comes to eye appeal. My grade is higher than I would normally give it, but that auto adds. It's fairly centered and semi decent corners. This surface is rough in some spots but the faded ball point pen auto is just enough. I would love this in my collection.
Centering could be a little better, but on a signed card this is close enough for me. Auto isn't quite as bold as those signed with a sharpie but still looks great. Overall a very nice signed Mantle.
Great autograph placed right where it needs to be. Nice image of the Mick, and I like how the nameplate and Yankees are completely clear. They each independently appeal to the eye. Centering is well balanced and because there is so much going on, it is less relevant to me on this card. The cap shows a few specks holding this back from a higher grade. Overall, really nice card!
High eye appeal thanks to that great, stylish pen Mantle signature! The card doesn't have any severe issues beyond centering.
I am just feeling this auto and the card has only centering that bumps my eye, by way of flaw.
The auto is fantastic and no problems outside centering for my taste, on a signed vintage card. It's all about that auto and there being no massive issues.
nice looking card and nice and bright. the auto is well placed and easily legible. The card has surface issues/print defects that hold the card back
Good auto but not as bold as others I've seen. The cap has some green spots which detract. Overall, still a good looking card.

This ballpoint pen autograph is placed in the ideal location, to optimize eye appeal. Mild smudging in the "a" and "n" of Mantle is logged without weight. Centering lowers the appeal, though this is mitigated by the presence of that autograph.
