1969 Topps Mickey Mantle #500

Really like it. Card looks awesome. Auto is a little faded for my liking, and the auto doesn't blend well into the card design given the size, holding this back from an A or higher.

Rather strong centering for a 1969 Mantle. My only issue is the auto running into the border.

It is really hard to deny the eye appeal here, even with mild streakiness to the auto and some wear. "I love it when a plan comes together!"

Easy to ignore the imperfections when the overall presentation comes together w/ a nice on-card auto.

I love the autograph placement on this card. That boosts the eye appeal up a notch for me. The streakiness of the marker doesn’t bother me much at all. The card is also centered very well. This is definitely a keeper.

The autograph is what this is all about The autograph is not well placed. It is bold and it is legible. It is also a bit smudged and not his best or cleanest autograph The card is ok but the autograph does not elevate the card
