1940 Play Ball Bill Dickey #7

I wish that ballpoint pen were sharper and darker. A still awesome card to see. The card is OC, which will put my grade lower.

I wish he started his signature in the white of his shoulder. Otherwise, it's all good.

Great pen signature.

High eye appeal, as I find myself staring at his very stylish auto and the portrait-- the centering is a distant secondary concern.

Sad to say the card disappoints me. For those autograph loving people this maybe the card for you. For me the autograph is in a bad location, in a bad color that blends in, is not bold, and not as legible as many other of his autograph.
